    First create a user account at culturebase.org (help on this in the next menu item), log in and call up the program overview. Watch a movie by clicking on it. The details page will now open. In the next step, please click on "Watch now".


    Now select the ticket you want. Now click on the ticket that you want to buy. The payment form will now open. PayPal and credit card are available as payment methods. Please select one of the two and go through the payment process. After your payment you will receive a confirmation by email.

    Create a user account on the filmfestival page ("Login" at the top right) with your email address and a personal password. Upon successful activation, you will receive a confirmation email with an activation link for your account by email (please also check your spam folder!). By clicking the confirmation link in the email, you activate your account. You are now automatically logged in and your name appears in the upper right corner of the screen instead of “Login”.

Try HD instead of FullHD.

    After registering / logging in on the streaming portal, you will be able to redeem the voucher (an 8-digit code) in the confirmation window. You can also find a "Voucher"-Button in the details of the films. Please note that each activation code can only be used once and is then invalid.


    An important note: a voucher code is not absolutely necessary, if you have a "paid ticket", the login is sufficient and the film will play in the approved time slot. Simply click on “continue” without entering the voucher.

If you see entries that match your person, you can select them for merging by the editorial team. If you have never registered with culturebase.org before, no entries should be displayed here. To create a new account, select "No match found: create new account".


    It is also important to enter a city. If the entry was successful, the input field is highlighted in green. In the case of smaller towns, the next larger administrative unit may have to be entered and in the case of large cities, the district.
